Para conectar el nuevo Combo Dual Prestige Extended al ordenador, tienes dos opciones:

Esto no es necesario, porque el teclado usa el modo de suspensión para ahorrar baterías. Para activarlo, simplemente presione cualquier tecla en el teclado. No es posible revertir estas funciones, de modo que para usar las funciones de las teclas f1-f12 marcadas en azul debe mantener pulsada simultáneamente la tecla Fn.

To restore the connection, follow these steps:

Check if the batteries are full and make good contact inside the battery compartment.

If the keyboard lags, we recommend:

• Keep the keyboard closer to the computer.
• Make sure no other devices disturb the signal and cause the delay.
• Move your computer speakers when they are in the way.
• Replace the keyboard batteries to ensure that the batteries do not cause any delay.

If that doesn't work:

• Run hardware troubleshooting to rule out a performance issue with your computer that will cause your entire system to lag.
• Update or reinstall the Bluetooth drivers.
• Check the Bluetooth connection between your computer and the keyboard.
• Reinstall the keyboard into the computer.

If your keyboard is not typing the correct characters, you may have the wrong input language selected.

Check your system's language preference settings. If the correct language is not present, add this language to the system.

Possibly Windows is deactivating the Bluetooth device to save energy, which is not necessary in our case since the device does it automatically, this feature must be deactivated:

1. In Start we go to Settings.
2. We go to Devices and Printers.
3. Right-click on the BT Keyboard SUBBLIM and click Properties.
4. We go to the Hardware tab and select the Bluetooth Device and enter Properties.
5. We click on Change settings.
6. On the Power Management tab, uncheck the option, “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.”
7. Just in case, if you also have the HID Input Device that is next to Input Device, do the same steps from 4 – 6.

Follow the steps we describe below.

• Make sure that the keyboard is connected to your Tablet and correctly paired, otherwise the menu and options indicated below would not be displayed.
• Go to the Settings option in the Tablet's Applications window.
  On the left side, different options appear, you must choose Language and text input.
• Once selected, on the right side of the screen is the Physical Keyboard option.
• Choose the Bluetooth keyboard option and within it Configure keyboard layouts.
• A menu appears with several languages ​​and you must choose Spanish.
