compras y envíos
Los pedidos se envían de lunes a viernes y tienen un tiempo de entrega de 48 a 72h.
Recibirás un email con tu número de seguimiento cuando el pedido se haya gestionado, para que tengas acceso al seguimiento en la página del transportista.
Los pedidos por un importe inferior a 19,90€ tienen un coste de gastos de envío de 2,99€ para la península.
Para los envíos a Baleares, el importe mínimo de compra es de 49,90€ y los gastos de envío para pedidos por un importe inferior a ese son de 10€.
No, actualmente solo hacemos envíos a la Península y Baleares. En Canarias puedes encontrar nuestros productos en centros comerciales y tiendas especializadas.

RATONES BLUETOOTH
Sigue las siguientes indicaciones:
Coloque una pila cargada en el compartimento de la batería en la parte inferior del ratón o asegúrese de que la batería está cargada.
Press 6 segundos en el botón central e Izquierdo para comenzar el proceso de emparejamiento
A flashing blue light will appear, means the device is ready to pair.
Vaya a la sección Bluetooth en el dispositivo al que está conectando el mouse y seleccione Subblim Mouse
Use: On some devices it may be necessary to turn off / encender Bluetooth antes de intentar emparejar
El ratón está listo para usar.
Follow these steps:
- Open the Settings option and go to the Bluetooth option
- Confirm in advance that your device has the Bluetooth option turned on
- Presiona en el mouse a la vez la rueda de desplazamiento y el botón izquierdo
- Aparecerá el nuevo dispositivo subblim BLUETOOTH MOUSE el cual debemos seleccionar
- It will ask you for a pairing code, which is: 0000
- Once paired, Go to Settings and click on the new Accessibility option.
- Now go to Touch and press AssistiveTouch.
- To confirm your correct pairing and use of the new device, You can validate it a little further down where a section called Pointing Devices appears.
- Click on Devices and put the mouse in synchronization mode.
- Once the mouse appears, it will connect to your iOS or iPadOS device.
- Now you just have to go back and activate AssistiveTouch at the top.
Pressing the DPI button, will change the DPI. No visual indication for DPI selection, apart from that the speed of the pointer on the screen will be faster or slower, depending on the DPI selected.
This product has an advanced energy saving feature. It is not necessary to turn off the product or remove the batteries but it is optional.
Make sure the device is set to “findable/partnership mode”. Consult the device manual to find out how.
Make sure the device is placed near your computer.
Connect it as described in the manual for your bluetooth adapter.
Use: Some devices such as headphones and mice may be available for a short time, connect them quickly.
Try using your mouse on a different surface or use a mouse pad.
Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.
Improve wireless performance.
Dirígete hasta Ajustes y pulsa en la nueva opción Accesibilidad.
Now go to Touch and press AssistiveTouch.
Un poco más abajo aparece una sección llamada Dispositivos señaladores.
Pulsa en Dispositivos y pon el ratón en modo sincronización pulsando el botón izquierdo y la rueda de stock durante 6 seconds. El ratón se conectará a tu dispositivo iOS o iPadOS.
Now you just have to go back and activate AssistiveTouch at the top
- Go to system preferences.
- Access the Bluetooth menu.
- Ventana superior, aparecen los dispositivos conectados en la parte inferior, aparecen los que están preparados para emparejar.
- Para que enlace con el ratón, hay que pulsar el botón izquierdo y el scroll.
Possibly Windows is disabling the Bluetooth device to save energy, which is not necessary in our case since the device does it automatically, you have to disable this feature:
- In Start we go to Settings.
- We go to Devices and Printers.
- Haz clic en el botón derecho de tu mouse sobre el BT Mouse SUBBLIM y le das a Propiedades.
- We go to the Hardware tab and select the Bluetooth Device and enter Properties.
- Click on Change settings.
- On the Power Management tab, uncheck the option, “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.
- Just in case, if you also have the HID Input Device which is next to Input Device, you do the same steps from the 4 – 6.
TECLADOS BLUETOOTH
- Turn on the keyboard.
- Pulse la tecla Fn+1 para iniciar el proceso de emparejamiento. Puede usted tener tres dispositivos emparejados a la vez, para incorporar los otros dos pulse Fn+2 y Fn+3 respectivamente, una vez haya terminado de emparejar el primero.
- El LED del teclado comenzará a parpadear. Pairing mode is now activated.
- Open Bluetooth settings on your PC and search for new devices.
- Cuando haya encontrado el teclado Bluetooth de SUBBLIM, select Pair
- En función de su Sistema Operativo, su equipo le pedirá un código de acceso, choose the one you want. Lo habitual es que el código se genere automáticamente y no haga falta, en caso contrario ingrese este código usando el teclado y presione el botón Enter en el teclado.
- Wait until the connection is established. When the keyboard LED turns off, connection is made. The keyboard is ready to use!!
The PIN code is generated by the device you connect the keyboard to, can be generated automatically or manually, depending on the model. The PIN code is different every time you try to make a new pairing. When pairing, check that you have Bluetooth enabled on your device and that your keyboard is displayed in the Bluetooth device list on your device. Don't forget to check that you have full batteries in your keyboard. If you are having trouble pairing the keyboard, remove all similar Bluetooth devices from your device, remove this keyboard from the Bluetooth list and perform a complete keyboard reinstall.

If your keyboard is not typing the correct characters, you may have the wrong input language selected.
You must configure the keyboard for your operating system, pulse la tecla Fn+”s” en caso de que su Sistema Operativa sea Windows, o FN+a ( IOS) o Fn+d ( Android )
Check your system's language preference settings. If the correct language is not present, add this language to the system.
If you use more than one language on your system, make sure you select the correct one.
Follow the steps we describe below.
- Asegúrate de que el teclado está conectado con tu tablet y correctamente emparejado, otherwise the menu and options indicated below would not be displayed
- Go to the Settings option in the Tablet Applications window
Different options appear on the left., you must choose Language and text input - Once selected, On the right side of the screen is the Physical Keyboard option
- Choose the Bluetooth keyboard option and within it Configure keyboard layouts
- A menu appears with several languages and you must choose Spanish
