If the keyboard lags, we recommend:

If that doesn't work:

• Run hardware troubleshooting to rule out a performance issue with the computer that will cause the entire system to lag.
• Update or reinstall Bluetooth drivers.
• Check the Bluetooth connection between your computer and the keyboard.
• Reinstall the keyboard on the computer.

If your keyboard is not typing the correct characters, you may have the wrong input language selected.

You must configure the keyboard for your operating system, Press the Fn+”w” key if your Operating System is Windows, o UN+e ( IOS) o Fn+q ( Android )

Check your system's language preference settings. If the correct language is not present, add this language to the system.

If you use more than one language on your system, make sure you select the correct one.

Possibly Windows is disabling the Bluetooth device to save energy, which is not necessary in our case since the device does it automatically, you have to disable this feature:

1. In Start we go to Settings.
2. We go to Devices and Printers.
3. Right-click on the BT Keyboard SUBBLIM and click Properties.
4. We go to the Hardware tab and select the Bluetooth Device and enter Properties.
5. Click on Change settings.
6. On the Power Management tab, uncheck the option, “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”.
7. Just in case, if you also have the HID Input Device which is next to Input Device, you do the same steps from the 4 – 6.
