Depending on the Flat Mouse version, you will need to place two AAA batteries in the compartment at the bottom of the mouse or charge the mouse battery.

Press the center scroll wheel and the left button simultaneously for 6 seconds to begin the pairing process.

A flashing blue light will appear, it means the device is ready to pair.

Go to the Bluetooth section on the device you are connecting the mouse to and select SUBBLIM Mouse.

Note: On some devices it may be necessary to turn Bluetooth on/off before attempting to pair.

If the device asks you for a pairing code, it is: 0000

The mouse is ready to use.

First of all, make sure you have iOS 13 or higher installed.

Follow these steps:

• Open the Settings option and go to the Bluetooth option.
• Confirm in advance that your device has the Bluetooth option turned on.
• Press the scroll wheel and the left mouse button at the same time for 6 seconds until a blue light flashes.
• The new SUBBLIM BLUETOOTH MOUSE device will appear which we must select.
• It will ask you for a pairing code, which is: 0000.
• Once paired, go to Settings and click on the new Accessibility option.
• Now go into Touch and press AssistiveTouch.
• To confirm correct synchronization and use of the new device, you can validate it a little further down where a section called Pointing Devices appears.
• Click on Devices and put the mouse in synchronization mode.
• Once the mouse appears, it will connect to your iOS or iPadOS device.
• Now you just have to go back and activate AssistiveTouch at the top.

The connected devices appear in the upper window of the Bluetooth menu, and those that are ready to pair appear in the lower part.
For the mouse to appear on the devices, you must press the left button and the scroll button at the same time for 6 seconds until the blue light blinks.

Pressing the DPI button will change the DPI. There is no visual indication for DPI selection, other than the speed of the pointer on the screen will be faster or slower, depending on the DPI that is selected.

This product has an advanced energy saving feature. It is not necessary to turn off the product or remove the batteries but it is optional.

In the Windows operating system, Subblim mice do not need to be turned off as they have an automatic battery saving mode.

If you turn it off from the ON/OFF button, the mouse will interpret that it will not be used for a long period of time and must be connected again following the installation steps.

Make sure the device is set to “findable/partnership mode”. Check your device manual to find out how.

Make sure the device is placed near your computer.

Connect it as described in the manual for your bluetooth adapter.

Note: Some devices such as headphones and mice may be available for a short time, please connect them quickly.

Try using your mouse on a different surface or use a mouse pad.

Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth.

Improve wireless performance.

Possibly Windows is deactivating the Bluetooth device to save energy, which is not necessary in our case since the device does it automatically, this feature must be deactivated:

1- In Start we go to Settings.

2- We go to Devices and Printers.

3- Click the right button of your mouse on the BT Mouse SUBBLIM and click Properties.

4- We go to the Hardware tab and select the Bluetooth Device and enter Properties.

5- Click on Change settings.

6- In the Power Management tab, uncheck the option, “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”

7- Just in case if you also have the HID Input Device that is next to Input Device, do the same steps from 4 – 6.
