RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase. Returns will be accepted for items purchased solely and exclusively in our online store that are within the return period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The refund of the amount, It will be done by bank transfer, That is why at the time of the return request you must provide us with an account number to proceed with the return.. Original processing fees will not be refunded..

To return or exchange a product you must follow the instructions of our return policy.

At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands.
